Chavers Gasket offers the gasket fabrication materials and capabilities necessary to comply with your specifications and production schedules.  Our die cutting and stamping methods and products are cost effective and competitive.  We efficiently prepare and perform the cutting of your parts to your exacting requirements.

Our custom gasket fabrication capabilities include Custom Die Cutting, Specialty Gaskets, & Specialized Rubber Products.  We feature close tolerance, short to long-run production, presses up to 50 tons, tooling and secondary options.

Die Cutting
Die Cutting at Chavers Gasket provides superior fabrication of non-metallic gaskets in materials as diverse as rubber, silicon, plastic and flouropolymers. We feature close tolerance, short to long-run production, presses up to 50 tons, tooling and secondary options.

RFI Shielding
FCC regulations call for the use of appropriate shielding materials for devices such as microprocessors, which discharge electromagnetic interference.  Several types of shielding gasket materials are available for fabrication into custom shielding gaskets.


Metal Stamping
If your application calls for quality stainless steel, or you have a detailed metal gasket specification, Chavers Gasket stocks the metal stamping material you need.  We accommodate short, medium, and long run requirements.

Shim Manufacturing
Our shim manufacturing provides custom fabricated metallic and plastic shims.  Ask us about our custom stainless steel shims for applications with severe or extreme conditions where corrosion resistance is mandatory.
